Prosper Texas Remodel

The clients purchased a new home and desired to add a garage on the front of the house as well as transform the exterior elevations, on the front and left side, from the Texas ranch style to a more modern styled house. We achieved this by removing the shed roof and dormers and bringing in cast stone and stucco elements as well as replacing the roof with a standing seam metal roof.

This client wanted a split bedroom arrangement as well needing an open floor plan for entertaining. Quite a challenge for this badly designed original floor plan.  

This client wanted a complete redesigned floor plan with a more updated open living and kitchen area as well as a completely reworked master bedroom and bathroom. Since outside entertaining is important for them, we added a new outdoor cooking area. Upstairs was completely redesigned to add an exercise, lounge and separated home office.
