About Kevin Dunham

 I believe that  if you enjoy what you do, it is no longer called work.

I enjoy architectural design and take pride in making sure that I provide the best plans to my clients.   

After graduating from college, I spent a couple of years drawing plans for Charles Roccaforte Assoc. in Wimberly , Texas. After that I moved to North Richland Hills, Texas and did sub-contract work for various designers and builders in the North Ft. Worth and Dallas area. I eventually moved to Dallas and started working for The Caperton Group as well as designing and drawing plans on the side. During this time, I put my trust in Jesus Christ and He saved me. God brought a beautiful woman into my life and in 1994 Kerry and I were married. We have 4 wonderful grown children.  

I worked for  Don Caperton for 35 years with the last 15 years of that consisting of just us two . Sadly Don passed away suddenly on Feb 23, 2025 and not wanting to start working for someone else, I founded K Dunham Design. I look forward to meeting you and bringing your dream home to life.
